Great Addition to My Kitchen

I just started a new diet and needed new ideas for meals. This spiralizer makes it easy for me to create fresh new vegetable dishes. I've used it to make zucchini noodles to replace the pasta dishes I'm used to, I've used it to make apple "chips" for a snack in between meals, and I've used it to spiralize different vegetables and add them to my salads.

Makes good zucchini ribbons

This is great for making spiral cucumber salads with carrots and ginger curls. You can add a little bit of olive oil and ginger dressing and it’s delicious. You can make zucchini ribbons and just drop them into boiling water for a minute to heat and then serve with tomato sauce and cheese like pasta, but without the carbs.
